As co-founder of KindPlate, a nonprofit transforming surplus food into shared access, Tonie helped build systems powered by empathy and designed for real-world change.

Now, as Founder of OutNSocial, she leads vision, growth, and experience. She is building a space where Queer, Black, and Brown communities do more than participate. They shape what comes next. Every detail is intentional. Every interaction matters.
